Considering that you sell products online; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Inohomes through its sales channels; This agreement establishes the general terms and conditions for the Customer's use and purchase of products on the website.

I - Confidentiality: The store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchasing process. The site's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hackers through the "Armored Site" seal.

II - Customer Service (CSS): The Customer has access to this service to resolve any questions, requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the site. The CSS can be activated by phone, WhatsApp, or email from the website.

Third Party Delivery Policy: The delivery time for the Products is informed during the purchasing process, calculated in business days. Product deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may be made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.



III.I - Verifying the adequacy of the product's dimensions is the Customer's responsibility. Customers must ensure they are satisfied or not at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service.

III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the indicated location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between deliveries. It is essential that a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying an ID card be present at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store's Distribution Center.

III.III - After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance payment, or even prioritize delivery.

III.IV - The delivery time informed during the Product purchase process takes into account stock, region, the invoice issuance process, and the Product's preparation time. With each update on the order's delivery status, the store system automatically sends alert emails and SMS messages to the Customer.

III.V - Shipping is free nationwide.

III.VI - The store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; perform product installation or maintenance; open product packaging; deliver to an address other than the one indicated in the DANFE; deliver to a minor or a person without identification.



III.VII - The Store is not responsible for the retention of merchandise in the SEFAZ (Secretariat of Exportation of Goods) when this is due exclusively to pending matters relating to the Customer, and therefore, it is necessary to go to the tax office for the release of the merchandise. In these cases, information on releases and payments is only shared with the interested parties.

IV - Right of Withdrawal: The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the Product. In this case, the following conditions must be met: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt. In the event of a return, the product must be returned to the store's distribution center in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual, and all its accessories.

IV.I - The Customer must request a return through the Customer Service Department (SAC).

IV.II - Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, the Customer will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, the Customer will provide a refund of the full purchase price.


IV.III - For credit card purchases, the card administrator will be notified, and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent bill, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period, including the collection of any remaining installments after the full value of the Product has been returned to the Customer's credit card, is the responsibility of the card administrator.
